Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the item(s) are received back. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Items returned outside of the 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund unless authorized by our customer service team.
  • Refunds will exclude any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
